Ca’ del Brado likes to play with flavours, to experiment and give you beers that taste like nothing you’ve ever tasted before. The Italian way of sour beer is classy and very well done.

Ca’ del Brado has a range of foeder aged wild ales, presented in great looking 37,5cl bottles. Grape ales, sour ales, saisons and more. For a couple of years now, the brewery also has a range of cans. Cans with a variety of sour ales and goses. Series like ‘The Wildest…’, ‘Felicitazione…’ and ‘Aperitivo…’ let you experience all kinds of new flavours from, coffee beans, cocoa, roots, berries, flowers and more. All of them done in that typical classy Italian way.
